TheSenior Human Resources Project Manager (Sr. HR PMO)is a key member of the HR Strategy team based out of our corporate office, and will be responsible for managing multiple projects with multiple layers, and for ensuring strong collaboration within the strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach with a strong background in HR operations.

TheSr. HR PMOwill be responsible forsome or all of the following under direction of the AVP HR Strategy & Planning: * Analyze, research and design functional specifications from internal and external industry sources for HR best practices to meet business requirements * Define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure effective functioning of projects * Maintain on-going communication with customers and development staff regarding outstanding projects and responses to customer requests * Works with HRBP’s and COE’s to drive strategic initiatives
* Perform Process or tech QA/testing * Provide insight into effectiveness of HR operations in the field via via the HR Delivery review, satisfaction survey and other mediums. * Performs testing and documentation of new process changes, partnering with the specific areas of the org who will be impacted to ensure the needs are being met
* Performs workflow analysis to determine best process solutions for HR processes, identifying non-value added steps and proposing new process improvements * Develops project plans, route deliverables; obtain management sign-offs, supply status reports, and supervise implementation. * Develop and run analyses, which include timeline slippage, critical path and other ad hoc requests. * Maintain on-going communication with regions and management regarding status of outstanding projects and responses to customer requests * Develop and participate in customer/user classroom training * Maintains project logs and time sheets for internal accounting. Supervises the collection and verifies the accuracy of such data for projects and sub-projects under own direction * Develop and maintain detailed project implementation plans; act as a resource for project members * May have some budget responsibility

EDUCATION * Undergraduate degree required EXPERIENCE * 3-7 years experience in a similar role * 3 years of Human Resources experience highly preferred
