Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experienceExperience working independently with minimal supervision and guidanceStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgmentProven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesDemonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audienceProficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesExperience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in one or more phases of the SDLCExperience working with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirementsMust be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role5 Years of experience in Load, Stress and Endurance test planning, scripting and executionExtensive experience configuring and executing scripts using Performance Testing Tools such as Rational Performance Tester (RPT), HP LoadRunner, JMeter and moreExperience maintaining and frequently updating performance testing scripts based on application enhancements and changesExperience analyzing performance test results and identifying performance trends and bottlenecks using APM tools such as Riverbed, HP Diagnostics and moreExperience leading a team of Performance Testers operating in a fast paced development environmentSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and other software development methodologiesExperience summarizing Performance Testing results in a clear and concise manner and reporting out to client leadershipExperience executing performance tests against virtualized services and stubs Preferred:Degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related fieldAbility to translate requirements into design specifications and experience in developing design documentsSoftware development experience using object-oriented languages (i.e., Java, C#, C ) and frameworks (i.e. J2EE or .NET)Knowledgeable in software quality concepts such documenting source code and software language specific code quality practicesUnderstanding of software development team management support tools such as IBM Jazz, HP ALM, JIRA and CollabnetKnowledgeable in concepts of Continuous IntegrationExperience in Test Driven Development (TDD) Scrum certification SAFe Agilist certificationDevOpsContinuous IntegrationContinuous DeliveryTest AutomationSelenium How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
