Are you made for leading a team of dynamic professionals? As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead you will be able to do just that. Your team will be responsible for hiring top nursing and allied health talent that will drive our goal to raise the standard of care and become a best place to work. You will be responsible to motivate and develop your 7 direct reports and additional contract staff who have 500 open positions at any given time which contributes to our 10k hires a year. You will be expected to deliver dynamic recruitment strategies including leveraging social media and market data, train recruiters on best practices and ensure Talent Acquisition hiring metrics are met. You will lead and trains recruiters on best practices and ensures Talent Acquisition hiring metrics are met.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supervises the staff and daily activities of an assigned recruitment team, including scoping of projects, training, work assignments and sourcing.
Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports. Ensures performance appraisals and individual development plans are completed in a timely fashion.
Assists recruiters in identifying all cross-utilization opportunities for qualified candidates.
Deliver recruitment strategies including leveraging social media and market data, train recruiters on best practices and ensure Talent Acquisition hiring metrics and operational needs are met.
Participates in Talent Acquisition Operations reviews to build site HR and TA partnerships, collaborates to overcome obstacles to hiring strategy and mentors and develops staff on best practices.
Initiates and promotes process improvements opportunities. Develops and measures results against TA metrics including Fill Ratio, Cycle Time, Submittal to Interview, Interview to Hire, etc.
Reports to management on metrics as assigned.
Recruits candidates for assigned area of responsibility.
Train recruiters on best practices, building effective strategies, managing portfolios effectively with accordance to compliance regulations.
Performs related duties, as required
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, required.
Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible recruitment experience required, including (3) years of supervisory experience, strongly preferred, in a large, high volume environment, preferred.
Knowledge of all applicable health system, New York State and Federal employment regulations, required.
Experience with sourcing media, including job boards, LinkedIn and direct sourcing strategies, required.
Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Outlook and applicant tracking applications experience, required.
Strong verbal, written and customer service skills, required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, required.
