POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Manager for Brand Architecture will work closely with the Director of Brand Architecture to manage all aspects of project planning for the team responsible for the development, execution and governance of Aetna's brand, product architecture and naming strategy. The Brand Manager for Brand Architecture is responsible for ensuring all initiatives within this team are delivered on-time and within budget. They take responsibility and ownership of each initiative from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary support for the Director of Brand Architecture through all aspects of brand architecture, product architecture, naming strategy and brand governance. Assist the Director of Brand Architecture in the project management of all initiatives within the team through project plans, timelines and any necessary briefing materials to inform the rest of the organization on project status Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes, escalating issues as appropriate Schedule and facilitate project status meetings Assist in managing scope and timeline of all agency deliverables and projects Assist in development of PowerPoint presentations/recommendations

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Project management experience, with the ability to schedule and manage projects concurrently while maintaining a high standard of quality Brand management or internal branding experience preferred but not essential Ability to understand critical path and business dependencies

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
