Discover what you can do at IBM.In this exciting role, the Cyber Technical Lead has responsibilities for defining and executing a business and cyber technical solution implementation strategy based on a demonstrated understanding of the appropriate software and technology. This includes all elements of recommendations for solution positioning, market understanding, competitive intelligence, technical depth, and execution.You will:Have high level insight into technical decisions and long-term consequences to overall client strategy and objectives- Establish, coordinate and direct delivery streams of work and release planning to enable engineering product development (experience managing cross functional teams: java and ETL developers, architects, data modelers, business analysts)- Work closely with key client stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond; must be able to communicate different messages to different people about the project at any given time- Have the ability to set and motivate the team to achieve clear, elevating and realistic goals- Have the ability to turn ideas into products: the successful candidate will have a demonstrated balance of business strategy, technical excellence and vision combined with attention to detail in execution- Have at least 5 years experience in technical solutions development- Have at least 5 years experience in enterprise software systems deployment or product development/management- Have the ability to translate technical value into business value- Be a self-starter and confident to be the leader of your domain; the desire and ability to persuade, convince, or influence others

  • Computer Network Defense / Computer Network Attack / Ethical Hacking / Red Teaming / Cyber Forensics / Security Data Analysis / Penetration Testing OR Network Security

  • Network Device Monitoring, Intrusion Detection / Patching

  • Compliance Management / Perimeter Defense Management o Insider Threat Management and Mitigation or Identifying threats, vulnerabilities and consequences and design appropriate responses

  • Experience with a cyber integration project for a Security Operations Center to analyze network traffic, large sets of log data, and other relevant security data to hunt for potential adversary activity.

  • IBM QRadar.

  • Comfortable in undefined environments where you develop and adapt the product vision and direction and leading teams that are matrixed
