Job Description:

Pre-trade analytics content developer for MERCURY Portal and FICC trading initiative a content delivery platform for global institutional investors and capital market clients. Collaborate with sales/trading desk associates and research in the design and development of trade analysis tools, market monitors and time-series visualization tools for FICC and Equity markets related asset classes. Utilize development tools like Visual Studio/Eclipse to create dynamic web content, build complex multi-threaded applications, Apply design patterns, Distributed Programming and Messaging Frameworks.

General Description

Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Global Markets environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. Employees work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. Employees are expected to have in-depth capital markets product knowledge, and manage a high level of risk. Employees typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. Is clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Individual contributor role. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience. This job code is only to be used for associates supporting Global Markets.

Required Skills -

7+ years of Experience in ASP.Net, C#, MVC,WCF/Web Services, JQuery, Angular JS, JSON, JavaScript , SPAs and related web technologies. Hands on experience working with any RDBMS like SQL Server / Oracle.. Develop FICC pricing / trading applications. .

Possess strong Application and Design experience and expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns

Desired Skills -

Any experience integrating with firm standards fixed-income quant analytics libraries equivalent is plus
