IBM SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Team Leader in New York, New York

The SAP Order to Cash Team Leader is directly responsible for successful delivery of process transformation, change management, and technology initiatives. The SAP Order to Cash Team Lead will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. Knowledge of operations/ business challenges and the ability to translate them into sustainable solutions is critical.This role uses consulting skills, leadership, and business knowledge to assist clients in the SAP OTC area.The individual will understand how actions taken in one area of their competence impact related areas and will understand, establish and manage the scope and quality of the areas of their responsibility and for overall success of the integrated solution. The candidate will possess knowledge, skills, and abilities, in client interaction, relationship building, and communication skills.   • At least 4 full project lifecycle implementations with the SAP SD module

  • At least 2 full project lifecycle implementations as a Team Lead on SAP engagements implementing the SD module

  • At least 6 months of experience managing a team of 10+ full-time onsite, offshore, and near-shore employees

  • At least 6 months of experience managing externally contracted team resources.

  • At least 4 years of experience in client interaction, relationship building, and communication skills
