Work you ll doAs a Senior Analyst, you will support the Marketplace Development & Industry group of the Audit practice with various types of research, intelligence gathering, interpretation and synthesis of marketplace data, knowledge management, pursuit support, and reporting to practice leadership. You will leverage strong research and analysis, relationship development, and presentation skills. You will need to be a quick learner who enjoys sharing new and innovative ideas, working as a part of a larger team, and adapting to changes in workflow. You should have a good understanding of audit pursuits, the audit marketplace, SEC filings, and audit requirements. Develop and create insightful and well-presented research on the competitive audit marketplace, mining quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of internal and external sourcesAdminister execution of competitive intelligence program for audit growth, helping to gather, synthesize, and communicate insights that help guide teams respond more effectively to proposals and that helps leadership make informed decisionsOversee knowledge management for Market Development & Industry, focused on curating and ensuring the accuracy and currency of various reports, deliverable examples, web site content, etc.Assist with the development of tools/resources to support pursuit teams in selling auditsAssist in the maintenance and quality control of data in the Audit Growth Management system to help ensure quality data input into analyses and reportsPrepare a series of regular reports to various constituencies across the audit practice, including the CEO and executive committeeWork closely with others in Audit Growth to better understand needs for potential tools/resources and to share leading practicesRespond to ad hoc requests as needed(Depending on experience level) Participate in active pursuits by helping to connect teams to research, data, tools, and practices that can aid in successful closure of audit opportunities The teamThis position is part of a broader team of professionals focused on developing and winning new audit business for the firm.
