Job Summary:The Administrative Business Center (ABC) provides remote administrative services to Deloitte professionals across all offices in a business center environment. The Senior Business Center Assistant provides advanced administrative and document support in this business center environment, supporting internal clients at all levels and in every function. This individual is responsible for and dependent on effective teamwork and communication, and must foster a positive, collaborative work environment and effectively leverage resources to deliver quality work.Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but would not be limited to the following: compose and edit memos, letters, emails and other correspondence; format and edit documents such as financial statements, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables according to Deloitte brand standards; provide time and expense support (DTE); provide advanced client engagement support using DPS, including invoicing, reports, opening/closing/reinstating projects and research; process requests for vendor payments and related activities, interacting with Finance as required; create and serve as administrator for eRooms and SharePoint sites; conduct general research as requested using Internet and intranet resources; make domestic and international business travel arrangements; provide Outlook support (email, calendar); provide other administrative support as required.Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as well as customer expectations for quality and accuracyWork independently and accuratelyCollaborate and coordinate work with other national and local teams virtually and in personAssess requirements for each project; be able to communicate effectively with customers when there are questions or issues to be addressedKnow when to question data, and seek resolution before proceeding in order to eliminate wasted time and errorsDocument project activities clearly and concisely to provide comprehensive project history in workflow management systemMaintain a thorough knowledge of Deloitte brand standards in order to offer accurate guidance to customersPerform additional tasks as required Requirements:Associate s Degree preferred3-5 years of administrative experience in a large corporate environmentSuperior customer service experience essential and the ability to manage priorities against tight deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft Office knowledge and experience Word, Excel and PowerPointSome design background a plus (MS Word and PPT)Task oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple tasksExcellent interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with firm personnel at all levelsDetail oriented with excellent follow-through skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive, professional attitude and presenceAbility to work in a virtual teaming environment utilizing instant messaging, email and phoneFlexibility to work overtime as required on both weeknights and weekends
