Job Description:

Interactions on a daily basis with multiple layers of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on: o Resource changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, reporting and metrics as well as reconciliation with central Global Banking & Markets team reports o General ad-hoc requests as needed for executive level meetings, business presentations, etc. o Organizational metrics ? Production, automation and analysis of key monthly reporting packages o Resource forecast (analysis of forecast vs. actual) o Project forecasting and tracking o Financial forecasting and planning across multiple technology products o Resource space planning o Database automation and management to support various resource and expense metrics o Vendor management (forecasting/run-rates for third party spend, invoices and contractors)

Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience. May manage staff.
