CACI International C5I Data Entry Specialist (Secret Clearance), MARMC, Norfolk, VA in Norfolk, Virginia

Job Description:


Candidate will be supporting Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) by providing assessment support for the Total Ship Readiness Assessment (TSRA), Ballistic Missile Defense Readiness Assessment (BMDRA), and Continuous Maintenance Availability Visits (CMAV) onboard Navy ships.


Candidate will be responsible for prepping visits by coordinating with team members to download APL files from CDMDOA.

Download CSMP file from the SPEAR/MFOM website. Print CSMP Yellow sheets. Checking ICMP 2Kilos ensuring Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC) identified are current.

Assembles system books IAW the tasking from MARMC Assessment Directors.

While onboard visits, candidate performs repair part research/order/expedite/ receipt using Coordinated Shipboard Allowance list (COSAL), equipment technical manuals and drawings, GD-APL, ONE TOUCH Website to locate parts and availability, and FEDLOG.

Researches and enters Configuration Additions, Deletions, and Changes (CK) for updating ship’s SCLSIS in ship’s OMMS NG or AWN System. Input parts requisition to the ship’s legacy system.

Candidate will coordinate with Ships Supply Department for processing parts procurement, both in stock and open purchase items.

Candidate will research correct Record Index Number (RIN) and Allowance Parts List (APL) and enter Material Assessment Form (MAF) for uploading to ship’s legacy system.

Post visit, candidate will complete ICMP close outs and submit to MARMC for upline to VSB. Generates Post Visit reports and submits to MARMC Visit Analysis Center (VAC). Analyze ICMP to identify PMS MRC or Tasking discrepancies and submits Technical Feedback Reports (TFBR) to PMSMIS or SURFMEPP for discrepancies correction.

Candidate researches and submits work files into CDMD-OA for processing configuration changes.

Required Qualifications:

Experience on Naval engineering projects or C5I that include design, maintenance and repair and ship upgrades.

Must possess knowledge of policies and procedures for ship maintenance on Navy systems.

Must have experience working on Naval engineering projects or C5I including design, maintenance, repair, testing, installation, or ship upgrade of naval systems.

Must be knowledgeable in commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within either Combat Systems or HM&E Systems.

Desired Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have Navy experience in a technical rating, Navy 3-M, Supply experience.

Ideal candidate will have Navy Logistics & Technical experience.

Experience with Excel spreadsheets, Access and minimal programming experience.

Candidate should be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.

Preferred experience: Minimum 2 yeas experience using shipboard configuration (CDMD-OA) for equipment validation input update SCLSIS.


Specialized Experience: Must have technical experience with the 3-M System (PMS, CSMP, OARS), COSAL, Navy Supply, ILS and/or SHIPALT/FMP process.

Must me knowledgeable of relationships, policies and procedures for ship maintenance between MARMC, NAVSEA, TYCOMS, Naval Shipyards and SUPSHIP/IMA Organizations.

A minimum of seven (2) years experience is highly desired.

Must have current secret clearance.

Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.


Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
