Job Description:

Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a developer you will be a part of a team that primarily supports custom web based applications and PL SQL development running on Windows servers utilizing an Oracle based data tier. Developers design, implement, code, test and maintain code according to design documentation, industry best practices, and established software development standards. The person will prepare and review system documentation composed by development teams. In addition, they will perform modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Supports software development and test teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Includes incremental script execution and defect resolution. Implements custom software releases

Required Qualifications:

-Programming experience with C#., JavaScript, or Oracle PL/SQL

-Development experience with web-based .NET applications or ability to perform PL/SQL coding assignments including standalone SQL scripting and database stored code (triggers, packages, procedures, and functions) in compliance with standards and procedures.

-U.S. Citizen with an ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. Active Secret clearance preferred.

-Professional mindset and integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

-Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as jQuery, Knockout, and AngularJS.

-Experience with database languages such as PL/SQL and T-SQL.

-Experience with ASP.NET MVC and WCF.

Comptia Security+ exam and proof of certification.

Oracle database related certification (Oracle Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle PL/SQL Developer, Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert).

-Knowledge and understanding of programming design patterns.

-College degree(s).

-Strong customer service skills and customer relationship management experience.

Education and Experience:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and zero to two years of related experience.
