AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator for employment in the Omaha, NE office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Working under supervision of project manager or senior-level team member
Document production, formatting, editing, filling, proofing reports and coordination of quality control actions, which include documentation to comply with company guidelines, procedures and templates
Providing administrative support; organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes, booking travel, and expense reporting
Assisting project, task managers technical editors and field personnel with coordination of project activities and schedules
Providing phone relief for reception desk
Excellent word processing, formatting skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Must have the flexibility to adapt to continuously changing projects and project priorities, provide project organization, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Dependable with the ability to multitask
Must possess a valid driver license
2+ years of related experience
Previous experience working with a contractor or consultant
Word and Excel skills that include macros and advanced style formatting and projects
College diploma/certification with an emphasis on Business Administration or Secretarial Program
