AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator for employment in the Omaha, NE office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Working under supervision of project manager or senior-level team member

  • Document production, formatting, editing, filling, proofing reports and coordination of quality control actions, which include documentation to comply with company guidelines, procedures and templates

  • Providing administrative support; organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes, booking travel, and expense reporting

  • Assisting project, task managers technical editors and field personnel with coordination of project activities and schedules

  • Providing phone relief for reception desk

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent word processing, formatting skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

  • Must have the flexibility to adapt to continuously changing projects and project priorities, provide project organization, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Dependable with the ability to multitask

  • Must possess a valid driver license

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • Previous experience working with a contractor or consultant

  • Word and Excel skills that include macros and advanced style formatting and projects

  • College diploma/certification with an emphasis on Business Administration or Secretarial Program
