Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls, route calls, and direct visitors to appropriate office or individual. Receive, process and distribute incoming mail. Collect out-going mail and process for mailing. Order, receive and distribute supplies and/or equipment. Perform administrative claim and/or accounting functions, including transcription and word processing, data input, and file management. Other duties as assigned.
Job Opening ID:
