Join our team of leaders to begin a rewarding career
The main focus of our Automation Engineer is to build and manage the running of the batch jobs for our clients.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Automating batch jobs in a timely manner
Running any batch jobs that cannot be automated or not automated manually
Monitor the batch tool module regularly and fix jobs that fail.
Addressing tickets assigned in a timely manner
Administering and managing the tool including upgrades which would involve testing version upgrades
Will be required to participate in the production on call support rotation.
Assure ongoing compliance for audits and customer data protection.
3 years experience in software engineering
Understanding of the .Net framework
Experience with job automation type programming – step based
Good understanding of scripting - Perl, PoweShell
Understanding of encryption based technologies such as PGP or SecureZip
Experience with CLI
Knowledge of data encryption
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Experience working within a team environment and partnering to resolve issues.
experience w/ ActiveBatch programming a plus.
work experience in the healthcare industry preferred
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
