POSITION SUMMARY

Position is integral to the operational integrity and product strategy for the market.

Fundamental Components:

Role is very visible and responsible for supporting external engagement meetings with agents/brokers and members, in addition to facilitating internal meetings and employee engagement activities. Individual must like collaboration and working in a team environment; positive attitude and adaptability are required.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Familiarity with insurance and managed care environment. Ability to perform analysis and research to identify and clarify issues.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Office Support/Business Office Administration is desired

Insurance/Medicare is desired

Project Management/Project Management Certification is desired

Customer Service/Certificate in Health Insurance Customer Services is desired
