Eaton Corporation Channel Marketing Manager in Peachtree City, Georgia
Eaton’s Lighting Division is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager. We are seeking an individual who is currently residing within 50 miles from our Peachtree City, GA facility
Supports the sales team by driving demand through the ELS (Eaton Lighting Solutions) commercial and industrial (C&I) channel program through key marketing initiatives:
Partnered marketing campaigns
Product line commercialization
Work closely with partnered customers, vendors and internal stakeholders on marketing plans
Coordinate the through-partner marketing campaigns that partners can easily leverage to grow market share
Collaborate, organize and report to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, merchandising and promotions
Project manage the deployment, implementation and upgrades for all C&I in-store merchandising
Coordinate with commercialization teams to initiate merchandising and promotional requirements based on key metrics
Develop recommended improvements for all merchandising planograms
Create weekly / monthly executive summaries – internal & external versions
Provide leadership and support for other marketing activities and initiatives as needed
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in channel marketing, product marketing and/or partner marketing
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing campaign development and execution.
Must be authorized to work legally in the United States without current or future company-sponsorship Relocation benefit is not offered for this position. All candidates must reside within 50 miles from Peachtree City, GA.

Minimum 5 years of experience in channel marketing, product marketing and/or partner marketing
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing campaign development and execution
Experience interacting with partnered customers (i.e. distributors, manufacturer’s representatives, professional trades, contractors or end-users)
Experience working with business-to-business customers and translating partnered customer requirements to a marketing communications team to support print, digital and social media platforms
Experience in an electrical products industry, ideally lighting or lighting controls
Self-starter, proactive, task oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Must be able to work effectively in cross-functional teams at Eaton and with electrical distributors
Innovative & versatile with ability to solve customer issues with new idea
Great organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities, put together a plan, execute to quality and deadline * Strong strategic planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to drive execution and meet deadlines
Polished presentation skills to support the roll out of initiatives
Experience using, and proven proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
