Bank of America Client Service Representative, Data Remediation & Householding in Pennington, New Jersey
Critical role in effectively managing daily business objectives with phone volume recieved through the Merrill Lynch Service Network supporting Householding and Data Remediation calls. Provides support for Branch Offices to ensure all necessary tools, training and adequate client experience are being provided. Support includes daily interaction with Branch Offices and various operational teams within the home office. This associate will assist in householding inquiries, escalating and/or calrifying any data issues, and assisting with updates to the client profile.

Proficient with MS Access Database, MS Word and MS Excel
4 year college degree strong preferred
Brokerage, Investment Management Business or Support Experience
Familiarity with Client Onboarding systems supporting Wealth Management products
