The Enterprise Advisor Curriculum & Licensing Manager is responsible for consolidating multiple advisor training programs into one integrated company-wide program. This leader will build a curriculum and licensing strategy for advisors-in-training across multiple lines of business that creates a generation of enterprise thinkers able to deliver the full breadth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

•Partner with multiple stakeholders to build the curriculum and licensing strategy for the Enterprise Advisor Program – including the Enterprise Advisor Program Executive, Advisor Program Management (Practice Management Development) Executive, Learning, and key partners from other lines of business (Merrill Lynch Wealth Management (MLWM), Consumer, Merrill Edge, US Trust)

•Build a program that trains advisorsto deliver the full capabilities of the company (investments, banking, and mortgage) to our clients•Evaluate and enhance advisor curriculum related to the wealth management process (e.g. portfolio construction, centralized portfolio management, Life Priorities, etc.)

•Ensure delivery of curriculum that integrates and leverages current line of business programs (e.g, Consumer Academy) and aligns to the development, career movement and performance management for the Enterprise Advisor Program

Key Skills and Experience Required:

•Demonstrates strong understanding of the advisor development experience coupled with a knowledge of the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and Consumer organizations

•Demonstrates knowledge of Bank of America’s overall strategy and capabilities and brings deep business acumen in GWIM andConsumer•Brings knowledge of industry conditions, market trends, organizational strategies andobjectives

•Applies an enterprise perspective in generating solutions, driving execution and addressing business issues

•Ableto influence others without having direct oversight•Collaborates with multiple stakeholders, including support partners, peers, and field leadership

•Translatesstrategy into specific actions with clear accountability

•Is intellectuallycurious and creative

•Well developed business judgment and experience
