Bank of America GWIM Associate Team Ops Mgr - Collateral Monitoring in Pennington, New Jersey

Job Description:

The Associate Team Operations Manager is responsible for managing Collateral Monitoring for Security Based Lending. The manager is responsible for ensuring accounts are in compliance with Regulatory and Firm policies and procedures and will be responsible for ensuring accounts have sufficient collateral, daily processes are completed, escalated service inquires and associate development. The Manager must exhibit the flexibility, willingness and ability to be empowered with making risk management decisions based on an understand of the security based lending products along with an understanding of GWIM policy and procedures. The manager will need to ensure employee development and engagement is at the highest level andisresponsible for ensuring they are holding one on oneswith Associatesandprovidestimelyrecognitionand feedback; as thisis critical to the overall dynamic of the teams success.

All branch office inquiries must be resolved promptly and accurately, with direct accountability for servicing all clients within Merrill Lynch. Position requires strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills.

College Degree strongly preferred

Previous management experience and knowledge of Retail Brokerage operations is required.

Candidate should be familiar with various back office retail systems and proficient using MS Word and Excel.

In addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills,thecandidate should have good organizational skills andbedetail oriented.

Knowledge of Securities Based Lending (Margin, LMA, etc.) is a plus.
