Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by connecting our capabilities across the firm. RPWS is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive set of personal wealth and retirement products and services through Banking, Merrill Edge and Advisory channels. RPWS provides tools and content that enables financial advisors and bankers to help their client’s live better financial lives.
Manage Strategic Initiatives which will require:
o Leading and/or co-leading a business strategic implementation
o Leading and/or co-leading/supporting a Product Implementation
o Report, facilitate and/or lead all phases of project lifecycle
· Lead/co-lead or participate in internal and external meetings/calls as required; inclusive of meeting material preparation and maintenance
· The following subtasks will be performed:
o Create project plan based on direction from Project Champion
o Ensure project plan is updated and on schedule
o Co-lead project team meetings and prepare meeting minutes
o Validate impact of changes during project lifecycle
o Ensure all applicable functions are represented
o Create and maintain Project Stakeholder Contact List
o Assist Project Champion to document, standardize and validate business workflows
o Ensure product training needs are identified; documentation, vehicle, impacted areas (i.e. FAs, CRMs, CSMS, Call Center, etc.), ongoing maintenance, etc.
o Ensure communication and reporting needs are identified; population, vehicle, frequency/timing, approvals
o Ensure Legal requirements are identified and supported; i.e. contracts, letters, approvals, etc.
o Identify/track open issues to closure
o Identify/track risks to closure
o Manage issue/risk escalation process
o Determine impact across other ongoing projects
o Determine impact to existing products and services
o Implement ongoing product/project metrics
o Provide management reporting
o Coordinate final project report
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years directly related experience.
Experience in Retirement required.
Strong Technology background
Strong leadership abilities, communication and delegation skills
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
