Job Description:

Manage production support for Institutional Business Intelligence & Analytics platform

Provide SAP-BO infrastructure support

Manage enhancements to the platform

Lead both Onsite and Offshore teams

Work closely with Product, operations, PM, QA, backend, analyst, and infrastructure teams

Analyze, estimate, and schedule new enhancement requests

Analyze, prioritize, and schedule defects

Support production releases during weekends

Implement controls and processes to improve quality and performance of the platform

Identify transformational needs, conceptualize strategies.

Proactively identify/manage risk and set expectations with our business partners

Manage escalations from business efficiently

Required skills :

5+ years of experience in SAP Business Objects Enterprise(Architecture, Design and Administration).

Proven strong leadership skills within project and development team

10 years of experience in technology

5 years of managing and leading projects/teams

Minimum degree of Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

Experience in maintaining/enforcing team to follow coding standards

Experience in working with onsite-offshore model

Desired Skills : .

Prior Executive stock option plan and Retirement business knowledge

Experience in .Net/Java/ORACLE

Experience with other Business Intelligence & Analytics products/tools
