TSO Sales / Deal Support
all presale and post sales activities around the TSO generated sales; Schematics, preparing pricing proformas/pricing accuracy; assisting TSO with presentations/ pitchbooks;
Ongoing client facing with relationships to further deepen and drive revenue; pipeline accuracy and timely update of deals reducing/eliminating delays; liaison/partner on high priority client related issues to make sure resolved in timely manner
Perform treasury reviews to deepen relationship and uncover opportunities to increase revenue
The Treasury Solutions Analyst (TSA ) must be sales focused, and is responsible for identifying potential solutions to client needs as requested, or as a result of needs analysis using Sales Opportunity tools, as well as identification in partnership with the Treasury Solutions Officer and/or Client Team to support 2016 growth goals.
TSA utilizes technical knowledge to run pricing/cost benefit models; confers with sales officer regarding profitability of relationships and any price negotiation needed.
Supports and coordinates schedules for Treasury reviews and assumes responsibility for follow-up and resolution of issues escalated to the TSO.
Assists the sales officer in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plan and pipeline as needed.
Partners to ensure appropriate credit approval is in place for selected products and ensure ongoing compliance.
Performs a variety of sales and marketing functions to include the preparation of account schematics, proposal documents, Treasury Relationship Reviews and sales presentations.
At least two years of Financial Services experience, with at least one year of Treasury experience preferred
Proven experience of strong written and oral communication skills
Proven experience as an analytical problem solver and the ability to work as an individual as well as a member of a team
Proven ability to develop rapport easily with clients, peers and partners; effective time management and prioritizing skills
At least one year of sales experience preferred
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Highly refined organizational skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects
