IBM Major Account Inside Sales Representative – IBM MaaS360 in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania

We help companies all over the globe optimize their mobile initiatives for secure, effortless employee collaboration and customer engagement.To help support our growth, we are seeking Major Account Inside Sales Representatives to join the IBM MaaS360 team! The Major Account Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads and for closing business via telephone, email, or in-person. You will be responsible for revenue generation via frequent communications within IBM’s largest and highest spend customers including Fortune 1000 clients. In addition to prospecting responsibilities, Major Account Inside Sales Representatives will be required to build and maintain relationships with IBM portfolio sellers and business partners to penetrate the largest customers and drive revenue for MaaS360. Major Account Inside Sales Representatives will target the largest IBM customers in specific markets with open positions currently in Financial & Insurance, Public & Healthcare and Industrial.Additional Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota objectives.

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline; generate leads; closes business via telephone, electronic mail, Internet or in person.

  • Prospect corporate leads and self-generated opportunities; validates, qualifies and prioritizes opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with IBM portfolio sellers and IBM business partners to create and close opportunities for MaaS360

  • Maintain a high level of IBM MaaS360 solution expertise and competitive intelligence.

  • Identify decision makers among the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process.

  • Provide compelling product demos via online meetings emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders.

  • Demonstrated presentation, organization, and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of key markets

  • Ability to navigate decision making processes within Fortune 1000 and enterprise accounts.

  • At least 5 years experience in direct or indirect B2B sales role.
