Verizon Order Management Supervisor in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
What you’ll be doing...
This position manages a group of 10 union employees tasked with providing world class customer experience to our Federal agencies.
Duties will include:
Provide mentoring to employees.
Hold team meetings.
Assign orders and monitor work volume.
Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching.
Attend customer calls/ frequently speak to customer.
Provide second and third level escalation assistance.
Communicate company/organizational objectives.
Provide strong leadership for the team.
Manage large complex projects.
Systems used not limited too.. provisioning controller, F&E, COMS, NSAP, ezstatus, UOTM.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree orfour or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledgeof voice and data networks and how Ethernet is technically and systematically delivered.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office – including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience in customer service.
Even better if you have:
Critical thinking in decision making process.
Ability to deliver written and verbal messages to executive levels of management within Verizon and within customer base.
PMP and/or ITTIL certification.
Background in managing union employees.
