Our Opportunity:

AS Trust Operations supports the Charles Schwab Personal Trust Reporting Services (PTRS), Administrative Trustee Services (ATS), Schwab Personal Trust Services (SPTS) and the Trust Outsourcing (TOS) product offers. The product offers support the custody of assets for individual clients acting as trustee, corporate trustees, and trust professionals.

What you’ll do:

The position is for an Operations staff role that will be responsible to support Personal Trust and Administrative operational work. The candidate will report directly to the Sr. Trust Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting day to day operational activities, Personal Trust enrollments and account set up, cost basis updates, handling escalation calls, and support day to day ACE queue and team mailbox activities. Other support activities will include daily reconciliation and transaction exception processing, net settlement, and client reporting requests. The candidate will interface closely with Schwab's Service Teams and RIAs.

What you have:

  • 3-5 years trust experience or Schwab broker dealer experience.

  • Knowledge of Principal and Income processing and reporting.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with on-boarding new accounts and leading calls.

  • Knowledge with Cost Basis.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proficient with MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
