POSITION SUMMARY

This is an in office role located in Phoenix, AZ.

Prior Authorization Supervisor responsible for day to day PA transitions both fax and phones. Managing turnaround times to meet regulatory requirements for both Medicare and Medicaid

Fundamental Components:

This role will co-manage a PriorAuthorization team.

Managing turnaround times to meeting regulatory requirements.

Creating and maintaining staff resources

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Candidate must have experience 1-2 years leading or managing a team. Preference is to have someone who has managed a large team, both in office and teleworkers.

Experience with call center environment desired.

Experience with managing profax is desired

Prior authorization experience is desired.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
