What you’ll be doing...

Channel Sales Operations

Responsible for sales operational support for the WWCA channel that includes onboarding and enablement of partners. Will be responsible for the design, implementation of recruitment and onboarding programs. Support partners and channel account managers on program operations and coordinate necessary training for all program updates, changes, enhancements which includes product launches and product training.

  • All aspects of partner communications

  • Onboarding and enablement

  • Tightly align with Channel Account Managers to ensure successful implementation and management of Resale Pilot Program

  • Work closely with training, product, and service organization to ensure all aspects of the partner journey are being documented and reviewed and modified

  • Ensure pricing, deal registration are accurately managed and develop new process during pilot stages based on the voice of the partner.

  • Analytical reporting with respect to sales, deal registration, partner statistics

What we’re looking for...

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 year’s work experience and 10 years of job related and channel IT systems expertise

Strong Channel background, understanding the needs and motivation of all types of channel partners

Experience dealing with operations leaders, sales leaders, product leaders and through understanding of operational assurance

The preferred candidate must have demonstrated in previous roles: strong leadership skills, an ability to operate in positions requiring significant self-direction and motivation, and a proven track record in partner communications and enablement.
