Enterprise Role Overview:

Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.

Job Specific Description:

Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions involving Microsoft .NET framework and related technologies.

Design, develop and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies.

Understand stakeholder’s expectations and objectives.

Provide technical solutions and Clear Articulation of Issues and solutions approach verbally and in written.

Helping to plan and design new software development projects and applications.

Follow the company’s SDLC (Agile software development, change management, source control, release documentation, etc.).

Support application deployments & Provide Pre implementation & Post implementation support.

Help & Prepare high level /low level designs Documents, Create technical and end-user documentation.

Participate/Communicate/Host calls independently with global technology teams.

Collaborate closely with the business,testing partners & other stakeholders and get the signoff from all the partners before production move.

Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants.

Passionate about delivering quality software solutions in a fast paced environment, Self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and manage own and others time effectively.

Required Skills:

Advanced Skills in ASP.Net, C#, MVC, WCF/Web Services, JQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jason, Javascript, proficiency in SQL, TFS and related web technology.

Programming knowledge in Web services and WCF development.

Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing and Web Services.

Able to contribute to 1. Automation 2. Causal analysis 3. Develop shared/common solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (both to a technical and non-technical audience).

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, team leadership, problem solving, innovative thinking, mentoring.

Desired Skills:

6-9 years of relevant IT experience (SDLC- Waterfall / Agile)

Write SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Views using SQL

Languages: Dot Net (VB .Net and C#)/ASP/Com/DCom

Web Application Server: IIS 6.0, 7.0

Experience with Responsive Web Design

ADA(American Disabilities Act) compliance experience

HTML5 / CSS3
