10+ years of hands on experience.

Proficient with MS SQL 2012 and SQL 2014 but must have basic knowledge of C#.

Mortgage Data Technology houses over 60 databases - many over several terabytes. Although we are a database group we do utilize a home grown solution for ETL which is in SQL and C#/.Net technology. We also have a Loan Level Accounting system/Sub Ledger that must be supported.

Hands on experience working on accounting and GL applications is a plus Any experience working with the Mortgage Servicing Platform(MSP) is a plus

Skill set requirement: MS SQL + C#/.Net


  • Advanced/expert level proficiency in MSSQL (2014 preferable)

  • Intermediate level proficiency in C#

  • Ability to read batch files and make changes to existing code or mimic and create new batch files based on existing templates.

  • Able to work under supervision but remain independent after work has been assigned and explained.

  • Understand the SDLC and adhere to process timelines.

  • Mortgage data background and data analysis, accounting systems experience is preferable

Required Skills

  • Advanced/expert level proficiency in MS SQL

Desired Skills

  • MS SQL 2012 and SQL 2014; knowledge of C#

May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
