Job Summary:

Supports for End to End Technology for programs and projects. Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects. Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for planning, leading and organizing teams to deliver software in an agile environment. A high level of knowledge and experience in blending lean principles and practices with an agile development approach to fit complex, enterprise-level projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability is required.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in analysis with expertise in different technologies, business areas, application wide analysis, and proposal of solutions.

  • Assemble, analyze, and represent business requirements.

  • Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations.

  • Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments.

  • Technical Project Solutions Managers should also be able to perform as team leaders when necessary.

  • Need someone who doesn't mind working with work that is transparent, is a solid communicator and can work with a small/close team.

  • Is open and honest.
