Aetna Medicare Sales Manager in Plantation, Florida

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will drive sales in the assigned territory selling Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans.

Fundamental Components:

Drive Aetna and Non Aetna MA sales in Assigned Territory

Train agents in selling tactics on selling MA products

Build strategy to sell more enrollments and contract more agents

Build value proposition of agency by providing intrinsic value to the organization

Ability to work in collaboration to support enterprise goals

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Can manage and hit sales quotas

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
