Who you are: As Sr Voice support Specialist you will apply your deep expertise in SQL database administration. Aside from you will apply your expertise to provide hands-on assistance to any of the infrastructure areas as required. What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for managing and administrating ACD & Recording Infra & application & Surround system for inbound and outbound contact center,

  • Support contact centers issues from voice perspective / Periodic maintenance / troubleshooting voice issues

  • Hands on experience on IVR

  • Hands on experience on ACD platform
