The successful candidate will have a high level of proficiency in the French language (written and oral communication).The responsibilities of the position include:

  • The management of a team of SAP consultants who will have to carry out the following functions:

  • Provide additional expertise in business practices (best practices), the methodological framework and tools, templates, accelerators;

  • Coordinate, within the team, the learning of the methodology, tools, templates, accelerators. Conduct knowledge transfer;

  • Provide specific management expertise and act as project leader for the team in which it works: work planning, effort estimation, resource assignments, comparisons with similar projects, etc. According to needs and requirements;

  • Supervise and participate in the realization of deliverables;

  • Implement and implement quality assurance mechanisms for deliverables;

  • Assist managers in making sound decisions about all aspects of the program;

  • Support the resolution of issues;

  • Act as a facilitator during team meetings and workshops.

  • Support decision-making bodies in decision-making in the face of strategic choices by popularizing the underlying concepts and highlighting the risks / issues inherent in informed decision-making.

  • Proactively transfer knowledge to clients

  • Communicate in a team environment with clients and colleagues

  • Candidates must be fluent in French (verbal, written)

  • Acting as a Team Lead for a program office for a minimum of five (5) years in at least two (2) major mandates involving the implementation of a transformation program

  • Organization of business processes and technology based on the SAP integrated management software package.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience configuring the SAP solution in one of the following modules: CRM, Plant Maintenance (PM) or Customer Service (CS).

  • Experience with the implementation of the BRF + tool is an asset.

  • Experience in the service industry where point-of-sale management processes have required the development of complex business rules.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP implementation methods, including ASAP

  • Understanding the new methodology SAP Activate is an asset

  • Must have a high level of proficiency in the French language (Both written and oral communication)
