The Bid Support Specialist (BSS) provides sales related support to any business approved opportunity in scope of the account. Such services would include but are not limited to bid facilitation, proposal development, document production, bid Solution Design & Delivery (SDD), and ICAP.This is an entry level position for the account. During the first 6-12 months in the role, the employee is expected to assimilate Global Process Services culture and best practices, gain customer understanding, increase knowledge of policies, guidelines, and processes to support its clients.Candidate qualifications:* College graduate of a 4-year Management related course.* Proficiency in computers and internet applications* Good analytical, documentation and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Able to balance and effectively prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines* Excellent oral and written English communication skills.* Willing to work on different shifting hours and be assigned across different IBM office locations
