IBM RRT4429 - Workday Data Intervention in QUEZON CITY, Philippines

This can be an entry level position for Data Intervention Operation. During the first 6-12 months in the role, the employee is expected to assimilate HR Transformation and Operations (HR T&O) culture and best practices, gain customer understanding, increase knowledge of policies, guidelines, and processes to support administration of Workday Data Intervention. On going, the Data Interventionalist will be responsible in the administration of Workday processes such as Org Management, Absence Management, etc. He/She will be assigned to handle one or more countries or accounts depending on volume transactions or complexities. The Data Interventionalist meets the job requirements of this role by meeting metrics and delivering productivity and process improvements. Data Management and Issue Resolution

  • Validates and analyzes business processes in Workday to provide accurate and timely information to a variety of HR Services

  • Engages with end-user via email, calls/meetings with regards to complex queries or issues that require resolution

  • Collaborates with processors/practitioners for complex data management scenarios to address non-standard processing tasks

  • Provides services that relies on the processed requests to meet the demand of the team's metrics

  • Provides solutions to cases brought up to them via case management tool (Zendesk)

    Business Controls

  • Reviews validity and completeness of requests

  • Provides the client with support and data for any internal and external audits. Ensure compliance to the client’s existing standards.

  • Implements internal control measures and conducts monthly compliance testing to ensure that processes meet business controls requirements

    Process Documentation

  • Create, update and review documentation related to processing, reports and job aides used to manage data into the HR database

    Training of Employees

  • Train new employees of the team on work-related tasks

  • Train team on changes in processes and procedures


  • Maintains daily tracking of transactions received, processed, and pending.

  • Provide Monthly Reports to Team Lead

    Other Administrative tasks

  • Act as SPOC for Center Deliverables

  • Other analysis, testing and deployment activities that might be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-yr course• Excellent communication skills both oral and written• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint• Knowledge in ERP systems is an advantage
