In this role, the consultant is responsible for the selling and solutioning of Cloud-based Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture engagements. Responsibilities of this role include the following:
Participating in envisioning future trends and business value realization through M&A IT activities
Participating in client opportunity and qualification calls
Understanding client strategic M&A IT needs and objectives
Articulating and formulating solutions for proposals and statements of work that align to the client M&A IT needs
Working with the sales team through deal progression and signing
Assisting in defining and supporting M&A IT portfolio of offerings
Defining scope for client engagements and developing the basis for estimates
Actively engaging to bring insights to drive quality on engagements
Building relationships with business leaders internally as well as externally
Supporting external cloud engagement of team through conferences and seminars

3+ years of experience leading M&A IT journey in: strategy alignment, solution design (architecture, application rationalization, etc.), transformation oversight and management, implementation OR organization change management.
3+ years of experience in consultative-based selling of M&A driven IT technology transformation or M&A Cloud projects
A minimum of 2 of the following:
3+ years of experience in designing and delivering Cloud-driven M&A IT solutions
3+ years of experience developing project plans and budgets for successful M&A IT projects
3+ years of experience in M&A IT with applications, process, organization design, data
3+ years of experience leading solutions in: Cloud Enablement with M&A focus; M&A IT Application and Infrastructure Design; Business Value Realization OR M&A driven IT org design
At least 3 years of experience in a minimum of 2 major industry segments
