IBM Global Blockchain Process Transformation Sales Leader in Raleigh, North Carolina

The Global Blockchain Process Transformation Sales Leader will team with top professionals from around the world to drive industry leading solutions focused on clients' business needs. You will use your in-depth knowledge of Process Transformation and Blockchain technology coupled with your cross industry and business skills to influence clients and drive revenue growth. Applicant must be a consultative sales professional with good knowledge of process and blockchain technology, competition, and global markets. Knowledge of IBM's cloud and industry solutions, including Bluemix, is desired as these solutions provide new entry points for Process Transformation growth. Candidate must be able to clearly articulate the value of Process Transformation technologies to both line of business and senior executives within organizations and coach sales reps to do the same. Global travel of 25%-50% is required.Key Responsibilities:- Lead with industry use cases to create new markets, consortiums and develop existing for Blockchain.- Drive WW pipeline using industry use cases and solutions from IBM and business partners.- Support GBS, Systems, Cloud and Sales & Distribution teams in driving Blockchain process transformation engagements.- Navigate the complex environment of working within IBM Matrix- Create and execute programmatic plans for reaching new accounts and new markets in conjunction with IBM Digital.- Establish support structure for engagements, platforms and solutions. Build sales / deal support skills at WW and IOT levels.- Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases, proof-of-concepts (POC), and proof-of-value (POV)- Manage client relationships

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a client facing role

  • At least 5 years' experience in a consultative selling role

  • At least 5 years' experience in process transformation

  • At least 3 years' industry experience (can be any combination of: Financial Services, Distribution, Public Sector, Communications, and/or Industrial)

  • Willingness to travel 25-50% - Globally
