CACI International Applications Systems Analyst/Progammer in Reston, Virginia
CACI seeks candidates to support a complex financial management solution for a federal agency. The solution provides an integrated fabric of Momentum Financials, custom applications, and business intelligence. This is an experienced developer position. With minimal supervision, develops, codes, tests, and debugs new software or enhancements in a Momentum Framework. This role requires working closely with the technical lead and functional team to determine feasibility of requirements, determine level of effort, and implement enhancements or resolve defects within the system.
Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Interface development within the framework of the primary financial application and peripheral systems.
-Designs, develops, implements, and maintains complex business, accounting, and management information systems to include ERP, other software products, and custom applications.
-Works with analysts and users to define existing or new system scope and objectives.
-Develops and/or customizes software components according to the system architecture and requirements.
-Performs unit testing and provides support to functional analysts during system testing.
-Works with analysts to ensure software components are properly documented for system users.
-Supports the installation of software components in the acceptance testing and production environments.
-Ability to adapt quickly to a complex environment and handle multiple concurrent assignments.
-Must have active Top Secret clearance. SCI desired, but not mandatory to start.
-Technical experience with Momentum Financials and/or Acquisitions
- Familiar with different technologies such as SQL, Java code, C++, webmethods for Oracle 11g or higher.
-Experience in Financial Management from a Systems Perspective
-Knowledge of Financial/Acquisitions System Implementations
-General understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
-Experience with Momentum Back-End Database and Understanding of Momentum tables and relationships
-Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
Education and Experience:
-Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
-Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) and 7-9 years of related experience.
