CACI International Inc has a great opportunity for a talented and creative Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Our Human Resources and Recruiting organizations are in the process of an exciting transformation. We are delivering service in new and creative ways. We are upgrading our tools to the most modern in the market, and we are searching a senior leadership to provide strategic direction and drive execution for all talent acquisition functions.
The successful candidate, reporting to the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, will:
mature our talent acquisition strategy
provide input into marketing and branding activities
lead a recruiting team that can hire great talent at a fast pace
participate in business process design decisions as part of recruiting and other systems implementations
lead talent acquisition programs such as employee mobility, college recruiting, employee referrals, etc.
ensure compliant recruiting processes
provide strategic insight and build from previous experiences to ensure the organization stays current in technology and methods

In this role, you will work with a team of exceptional professionals and collaborate across the major support functions and line organizations.
Primary areas of responsibility will include:
Understand the needs and priorities of the business and prioritize accordingly.
Drive results in recruiting, identifying, selecting, onboarding, and retaining highly skilled and diverse candidates.
Develop, refine and execute a comprehensive plan to build a sustainable talent pipeline across CACI.
Create, manage, and implement effective recruiting strategies for the organization
Effectively leverage technology to accomplish goals
Manage the talent acquisition budget in partnership with the CHRO.
Develop, implement, and manage external recruitment compliance processes (EEO, OFCCP, etc.) and internal talent acquisition policy development and compliance.
Talent Acquisition Programs
Support the creation of an outstanding workforce by identifying, selecting and retaining a diverse workforce
Use innovative techniques and approaches to deliver successful employee referral programs, employee mobility, college recruiting strategies, and diversity hiring programs and programs supporting employment of our country’s veterans
Provide staffing plans and best practices for acquisitions, incumbent captures, bid and proposal
Ensure effective recruiting vendor management and performance
Identify inefficiencies and gaps in recruiting processes and implement continuous process improvement activities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Maximize social, mobile, and digital recruitment
Ensure timely and accurate communication of employment-related metrics to identify issues and trends
Collaborate with the recruitment marketing team to ensure that prospective job seekers have a favorable experience in visiting CACI’s career site, social media sites and job boards
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Requires bachelor's degree; advanced degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is a plus
10-15 years of direct, hands-on recruiting experience; including 10 years leading recruiting teams across multiple technology markets and in various business models
Experience in both a staffing agency model and a traditional corporate recruiting organization desired
Experience recruiting candidates with highly specialized IT and engineering skills
Ability to assess recruiting talent and build a highly efficient and effective recruiting organization.
Proven capability to develop strategic avenues for sourcing and attracting talent.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Comfort presenting in front of executive audiences.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Experienced leader of a recruiting/talent acquisition team.
Experience directing and tracking progress towards attainment of objectives and taking corrective action when necessary.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage projects effectively.
Vision for leading-edge technology, ideas and processes.
Track record for earning the confidence and trust of others, delivering on commitments, demonstration of high standards of ethical conduct and the protection of confidential information.
Acts as a business partner when working with business leaders on employment and workforce planning.
Working knowledge of employment law and other applicable regulations.
Experience with internet recruiting, Human Resources database management systems, applicant tracking systems, and other creative sourcing solutions.
Knowledge of compensation theory and practices.
Possess the ability to think critically to resolve problems with creative and effective solutions.
Demonstrate initiative, innovation and a results-oriented mindset.
Must be able to develop and maintain relationships within the organization, from entry level to executives, to become a trusted advisor.
Must be able work independently.
Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
