Overview of Department/Pension Service Delivery

Retirement Services Delivery Team oversees pension administration and provides oversight guidance and control for third party record keepers. The larger team interfaces with third party record keepers and internal contacts daily to ensure compliance in pension and retirement plans administration.

This position will be responsible for research, review and issue resolution related to the Bank of America Pension plan and several legacy plans. The incumbent will be required to work with several third parties and internal teams in order to provide accurate, timely, thorough issue review and resolution. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for certain project management and process oversight/improvement initiatives.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compliant plan administration

  • Works with internal BAC teams as well as third party vendors

  • Receives vendor escalations via online tool and researches utilizing a variety of sources (paper, electronic) and brings issues to closure

  • Manages projects and change initiatives

  • Develops and edits playbooks and literature

  • Conducts historical research

  • Completes data analysis/reconciliation

  • Conducts process review and suggests improvements

Required Skills

  • College degree

  • MUST have 3+ years experience with pensions

  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills (Excel: VLookUps, Pivot Tables)

  • Self starter, eager to learn

  • Ability to prioritize work, attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and meet deadlines
