Vinnell Arabia Return&Return/Warranty/Claims Specialist (UH-60) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsible for: The overall management of Repair and Return program for all related equipment.
A. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Administer the Repair and Return and Warranty Claims portion of supply chain management.
Make recommendations to improve productivity, processing warranty claims, quality, and efficiency of tracking/operations; coordinate and resolves issues.
Maintain 100% accountability of all supplies. Equipment and supply records under his control
Manage ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution of major end items, spares and consumables;
Provide input to the forecast planning function using inventory levels and product demand to estimate output; work with OEM or authorized repair facility and customers to determine optimal inventory levels based on demand and the Repair & Return TAT.
Responsible for overseeing Repair & Return warehousing, shipping, receiving, and handling of materials;; assist in coordination of day-to-day operations of organization
Provide input on the development of quality standards and protocols for quality assurance testing; assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for repair and return items
Support the planning and use of the IMS & IMOPS; interpret results using a variety of techniques; generate reports
Assists in the performance of inventory cycle counts; research missing parts to find current locations; ensure all warehouse personnel follow policies and procedures for inventory-handling
Assist in the development, execute and coordinate Environmental Compliance with required federal/KSA and local government organizations IAW PME regulations and DoD/USA regulations when applicable.
Provide repair and return reporting status to the appropriate chain of command detailing out the repair and return of equipment, TAT, repair costs, shipment costs, acquisition cost.

B. Independence: Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities IAW PWS.
C. Supervisory Responsibilities: Limited.
A. Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Post-Secondary Education (i.e. Associate’s Degree) or military training preferred.
B. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of broad-based experience in the fields of material coordination, supply, distribution, and inventory accountability required.
C. Specific knowledge, skill, and ability requirements:
Former US Army NCO (MOSs 92A, 92Y, 92Z) preferred.
Previous experience handling inventory and using bar code equipment is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
