What you’ll be doing...

Role: WORK & REVEAL Sales Administrator

Direct Reports: N/A

Product Platform (SME): WORK & REVEAL

The Bilingual Sales Administrator will provide full sale life-cycle support which includes contract management, installation escalations, implementation, and revenue recognition by driving the subscriber base (new, retention). This role relies on heavy emphasis with cross-functional team work and accountability (i.e. sales, finance, operations, customer service and collections).

+ + Directly manage and facilitate contracts including approvals, addendums, customer support (internal and external) as well as cancellations and audits

  • Working closely to resolve customer and sales inquiries with each local or remote manager(s), trainer(s), marketer(s), customer service and operations.

  • Consistent communication and training with the sales teams and cross functional department in respect to process changes under the direction of the Director

  • Daily auditing of CRM, sales contracts, approvals, ARPU and documentation

  • Report writing

  • Perform all additional assigned administrative duties as necessary (special project based)

  • Problem solving (cross functional responsibilities such as, legal: operations, customer service and finance)

  • Overtime will be required to meet the needs of the company

  • Experience handling confidential information

  • Commissionable tracking per sales contract

  • Extremely dependable, self-sufficient, and detail oriented

  • Team player with strong work ethic

  • Problem solver with extensive detail oriented skill sets

  • Proficient computer skills – strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com, NetSuite) a plus

  • Any additional duties assigned as necessary

Required to work in assigned Fleetmatics office each day

On-call sales support utilizing iPhone/iPad/Laptop

Medium travel between locations (approx. 1-2 offices per quarter) depending on demand
