CACI International Knowledge Management Developer with Remedy and Sharepoint in Rosslyn, Virginia

Job Description:


This role is for Knowledge Management Developer in support of network and infrastructure operations in a large, complex enterprise environment.

Must have experience in Sharepoint and Remedy and have done some level of Sharepoint and Remedy development.

Performs strategic planning (mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategies, critical success factors).

Conducts modeling (functional activity, business object, process, and workflow).

Performs data administration, data standardization, and assists in database design, development, and implementation.

Must be Customer Service focused and have excellent communication skills.

Will be answering phones and logging Service Requests for users.

Follows established project standards and processes, and uses standard automated tools.

Applies reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents.

Often acts as user liaison and may augment test team.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty


Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Relevant Vendor certification and 1 additional year experience; or 4 additional year’s experience Prior Help Desk experience preferred. Experience with Protection Critical Infrastructure Information Management System (PCIIMS), SharePoint and Remedy a plus.
