Bank of America Loan Documentation Market Leader, GWIM Credit in Saint Louis, Missouri
The Loan Documentation Market Leader manages the day to day operations of a Loan Documentation team who prepare and/or review attorney draft documents standard and highly complex loan documents for U.S. Trust and Merrill Lynch Private Bank clients in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. This individual is accountable for ensuring loan documentation and lien perfection meets bank policies and procedures and work delivered accurately and timely. Candidate will interface with business partners to achieve their defined business objectives. This role is also responsible for and coaching of associates through active coaching, feedback, and execution of performance management plans. Participant and/or facilitator ofintra/interdepartmentalprocess/procedure improvement activities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within loan documentation
Prior management/leadership experience and/or experience leading large-scale projects
Previous Commercial Lending and/or Private Bank Lending experience
Documentation experience is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; Ability to interface/communicate both vertically and horizontally within the organization
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Works well under time constraints
Hours are 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM CST
