Bank of America Treasury Solutions Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri
The Treasury Solutions Analyst (TSA) role will be partnered with Treasury Sales Officer(s) (TSO) focused on developing strategies to grow revenue domestically and globally with a portfolio of Middle Market clients in the central region. Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals.
To be successful in the role, TSA’s must maintain and build a strong client focus, and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
The TSA will be responsible for duties which include, but are not limited to the following:
Identifying potential solutions to client needs as requested or as a result of needs analysis and identification; being an active sales agent within the portfolio;
Producing pricing/cost benefit models and conferring with the TSO and Management regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation;
Keeping pipeline current; with closed and pending deals;
Accountable for accuracy of sales data within source systems (e.g. Deal Pipeline, client plans, call reports, GTS-BI, Navigator, etc.), and other sales tracking systems which may be developed;
Assuming responsibility for follow-up and resolution of problems referred;
Assisting clients in navigating the bank by liaising with the Client Service, Fulfillment, and other partner teams;
Preparing account schematics, proposal documents and sales presentations;
Partner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfaction;
Assist in coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through identification of client needs;
Utilize support partners and resources to coordinate industry, prospect and client research for use in pre-call planning;
Daily email, phone and in-person client communication.
1+ years of work experience in a business field – preferably banking or finance
Ability to function effectively in a close team and fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates business acumen
Demonstrates functional expertise
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
Undergraduate Business degree
Treasury management/cash management job experience
US cash management and/or International product knowledge
Proven ability prospecting and developing new business
