Work You ll DoContribute to the firm's growth and development. Guide teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities for Salesforce.com team. Assist in projecting software and hardware requirements. Review and evaluate work and prepare performance reports. Define systems strategy; develop system requirements; design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions; and support system implementation. Execute feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs. Advise clients regarding the use of Salesforce.com to support decision making and achievement of business goals. Prepare activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the applications systems and programming section. Design, configure, build, and test application functionality. Consult with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities. Guide teams to analyze and document requirements for Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and FPX and Apttus Product Configuration, Commerce and Pricing. Responsible for the functional and technical design of Salesforce.com applications and Force.com platform, including Account and Contact Management, Opportunity Management, Reporting, BigMachines Product Configuration, Commerce, and Pricing. Oversee the customized development of Sales and Service Cloud applications on CRM platforms including Salesforce.com. Provide teams with direction in performing impact analysis, fit-gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and execution by leveraging Quality Center. Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce.com applications using Apex, Custom Objects, Triggers, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Sharing Rules, and Escalation Rules. Act as a Scrum Master on Agile projects using HP Agile Manager, JIRA and Rally, facilitate daily Sprint cadences including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, oversee product backlog, generate reports and dashboards to monitor the sprints progress and facilitate successful completion of sprints. Contribute to business development effort through scoping, proposal writing, and responding to RFP/RFI's.
