We are looking for an offering lead that understand how retailers want to engage with their customers across any channel, on any device and at any moment and optimize their pricing to maximize revenue and margin.Understanding of agile product management and engineering practices and a willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what it takes to define product functionality wellSynthesize research on users, competitors, ecosystem, and partners to define strategy for offering or portfolioUse data to establish cross-discipline prioritization and timelines, and have a passion for experimentationSpecify key design and development requirements enabling complex application experiences to be simpleDefine plans for marketing, sales, deployment, services, and supportMentor and coach the offer managers (product managers) on the teamDetermine POV on “where to play” and “how to win” in market segment; align stakeholdersDevelop ecosystem of partners who support and add valueLead Design Thinking process and create roadmap for offeringLead the industry in cognitive analytics capabilities for digital marketing and e-commerceEnsure offering is optimized for digital discovery, consumption, extensibilityBe accountable for growing the businessRequired:

  • 4+ years of software product management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience (retail)

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

  • Pragmatic Marketing certifed

  • Experience in retail analytics and merchandising (pricing)

  • Cloud technologies and large scale transactional systems

  • SQL, R ( and Python optional)

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Data sciences or similar

  • 4+ years of software product management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience (retail)
