Job Description:

Partner and provide proactive dedicated operational and sales support for Field Based Financial Solutions Advisor

Perform diverse administrative functions such as handling account opening and sending documentation to client for signature, inputting post-discovery client profile data into Siebel system, following up on client information and paperwork

Assist with client engagement and communicate effectively to gather or convey relevant information

Demonstrate strong organizational and technical skills

Requires a minimum of FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licensing
