2018 Information Technology Leadership Development ProgramThe Information Technology Leadership Development Program (IT LDP) provides the premier entry point into Aetna s Information Technology career pipeline by providing a 2 year rotational program to jump start your IT careers. The IT LDP will accelerate the development of key competencies through enterprise-wide rotational work experience and extensive training opportunities. Program participants rotate through a series of challenging projects and technical assignments within Aetna s Information Technology organizations. What types of rotations are available?Durations and locations of the rotations may vary, with the overall program completing in 2 years. Rotations may include assignments in the following disciplines:Essential and hand-picked projects.Cyber Information Security & ArchitectureProject & Program ManagementIT ArchitectureInfrastructure, Networking or EngineeringSoftware TestingWhat happens after the 2 year program?Upon successfully completing the program you will transition into a full-time role in one of the following business areas in these geographic locations:Program Delivery and Testing: Hartford-CT, Scottsdale-AZ, Phoenix-AZ, Plymouth/Minneapolis-MN, Amherst-NYProgram Delivery and Testing is closely aligned with our businesses and Affiliate partners in providing solutions, production support and testing functions for the information technology deliverables supporting Aetna s businesses.

Enterprise Architecture: Blue Bell-PA or Hartford-CTThrough the integration of business processes, governing principles, information systems and technologies; Enterprise Architecture will build a long term vision and foundation for execution reflective of Aetna s Enterprise Strategy and Operating Model.

Global Information Security: Phoenix-AZ or Cranberry-PAGlobal Security's mission is to be recognized by consumers, plan sponsors, providers, regulators and affiliates for world class capabilities in information security risk management integrated with innovative products and services that fundamentally change healthcare.Digital: Hartford-CTThe Digital Program Delivery Organization is responsible for delivering technology solutions and integrations in support of the Digital Transformation program. Responsible for developing the Digital technology foundation, environments, and integration patterns in support of the next generation user experience strategy and managing end-to-end delivery across Enterprise Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, and Digital Assurance teams.Who is qualified?Early-In-Career individuals with a passion for Information TechnologyBachelor s degree in Information Technology-related major desired (MIS, Computer Science or similar)Previous co-op/intern experience in related discipline strongly preferredSuccessful candidate must be able to quickly adaptability to challenging situationsDrive for success in a fast paced environment and determination to meet tight deadlinesDemonstrated strong communication, analytical, results-oriented, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsGPA of 3.3 or higher desiredMust be willing to relocate nationally for individual rotationsWhen does the program begin?The first day of our 2018 program is June 11th, 2018.Additional Job InformationAetna is about more than just doing a job.
